Thanks to everyone that came by and helped support us at the Detroit Autorama, by buying a shirt, DVD, or just stopped by to say HI.  I had a lot of support, from family and friends… without you I would’nt have made the deadline and started this new venture…  It was fantastic…  We got alot of positive feedback and best of all I did’nt loose my ‘shirt’ -  Special thanks to my Mother who helped various ways behind the scenes making sure we were ready…  and to Jolene and Jen behind the counter they worked hard last weekend… and Marcy Molkenthen for being 24 hour tech support while I was working out bugs in the printing process and prodding me to get going on my own and doing this in the first place…  Without this support I would’nt have made it.  Thank you all… 

 

I put together two designs for the Jalopy Journal-

 

The first one is for the message board the HAMB…  Most of the guys on the board are obsessed with the chassis, speed equipment and the build.   So what better way to represent than to illustrate a full on 50′s hot rod chassis.  Deuce rails with an early flathead fully dressed for success.  Like the old cut-a-ways they used to have in Hot Rod Magazine only crossed with a museum diagram… numbered one to thirteen…

The second…  a tail dragger… westerguard style 38 Ford.
